Inside the $72 million mansion of one of the greatest ball-handling guards in NBA history, Chris Paul, where he spends a lot of leisure time with his family

Following Paul’s disappointing championship runs with the Los Angeles Clippers and New Orleans Hornets, he and James Harden formed the Houston Rockets. But Paul couldn’t even assure himself of a spot in the NBA Finals, much less a championship, despite the Rockets making it to the Western Conference Finals two straight seasons.

While Paul was a player for the Rockets, he and his spouse committed more than $6.9 million to buy a 10,000-square-foot home in 2018. However, Paul’s stay in Houston came to an end when the Rockets traded him to the Oklahoma City Thunder following the 2018–19 season. As a result, he listed the identical house for $8.3 million when it came up for sale. The Paul family ultimately reached a $7.2 million sale agreement. This is fortunate because Paul was re-signed by the Phoenix Suns for a season after being traded to the Washington Wizards in June 2023.

CP3 has a historic $7.2 million estate with five bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The property was created by the Rottet Studio and features three climate-controlled carports, a big dining area, a swimming pool, and two opulent walk-in closets.

In the past, CP3 had acquired a number of renowned assets. He paid $8.5 million in 2012 for the famed singer Avril Lavigne’s 12,000 square foot property. The property was then sold for $8.7 million, giving him a profit. Paul recently bought a $6.36 million home in The Woodlands and a $9 million residence in Calabasas. He went on to sell these homes for $11.05 million and $5.85 million, in that order.

CP3 just paid an astounding $11.1 million for a brand-new property in the Encino neighbourhood of Los Angeles. However, it is still unknown how Paul’s relocation to Washington will impact his spouse Jada Crawley and their children. It is not surprising that one of the greatest playmakers in NBA history, CP3, can afford to live a luxury lifestyle. It is estimated that Avril is worth roughly $160 million. However, the following information regarding Chris Paul’s previous $7.2 million Houston home is available.
