The BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham in Robbinsville, New Jersey, had the honour of hosting NBA player and reigning champion Aaron Gordon on September 20, 2023. Gordon offered a distinct viewpoint on spirituality, harmony, and culture during his visit to Akshardham.

It is a respected place that draws people from all walks of life because of its calm atmosphere set against Hindu art, architecture, and culture.
Aaron Gordon, celebrated for his extraordinary talents and charismatic presence on the basketball court, has made a significant impact in the world of professional sports, currently representing the defending national champion Denver Nuggets. His visit to Akshardham inspired a unique blend of creativity, artistry, and passion within him. Gordon shared,
“My experience is hard to even put into words, absolutely incredible. The intricacies and the details of all the carvings are absolutely mind-blowing and inspiring in so many different ways. It’s a testament to the world and love for humanity.”
Gordon expressed his excitement during the visit, stating, “The ability to come from different walks of life and places to all come together, contribute to something bigger than themselves.”
