Even though the Cleveland Cavaliers lost the game on Tuesday, LeBron James had cause to celebrate. He used a fadeaway in the second half to set the NBA record for most points scored.
It was James who beat Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, who had held the record since 1984 when he beat Wilt Chamberlain. ‘The King’ is still the best player in his 20th season, but James broke the record in 160 fewer games than Jabbar.
During Tuesday night’s Los Angeles Lakers game, James broke the record. At West Hollywood’s The Fleur Room on Sunset Boulevard, he celebrated with his pals.
James remarked, “My wife, friends, and family know that I don’t take the things that I’ve done and what I’ve done for me.” as I take care of them in every way.
“I forget sometimes to enjoy my victories because it’s never about me,” I could not survive without my mom, my wife, and my children. Nobody succeeds in life by themselves.
