LeBron James is off to a great start in the NBA season!

The 38-year-old Los Angeles Laker wore nothing but Louis Vuitton to their first game of the season in Denver, Colorado, against the Denver Nuggets. That’s why people call him “King James.”

TMZ says the NBA star was seen entering the arena wearing a handmade Damoflage tweed jacket without a collar that cost about $5,000, black pants that cost about $2,000, and black derby shoes that cost about $1,250. He always looked calm and into it. 

He wore black shades and black Beats headphones to finish off the look while listening to music. The leather Speedy bag he wore was green and cost $11,000. Together, the outfit was worth about $28,000.

He wore clothes from Pharrell Williams’s Spring-Summer 2024 line for guys, like the tweed jacket. The singer was named the new creative director of the high-end brand after Virgil Abloh died in 2021.

Williams’ new job with Men’s Fashion Week in Paris began in June. In the early 2000s, he worked with Marc Jacobs, who used to be the design director of Louis Vuitton, on a line of jewelry and sunglasses. 

James, on the other hand, is about to begin his 21st NBA season. He lied to the crowd at the 2023 ESPY Awards when he said he would be back for another season.”At the end of the season, I said I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep playing,” James said after scoring the most points in NBA history. I asked myself over and over, “I know that a lot of experts told you what I said, but I’m here to speak for myself.” Then I asked, “Can I still play without cheating?”

“The day I can’t give the game everything I have on the floor is the day I’ll be done,” he said. He then said, “Lucky for you guys, that day is not today.”
