And now Ayesha Curry, 31, is “sold” on the idea of getting up early to go bike riding with her loving husband Steph Curry, 32. On July 17, the beautiful mom of three posted a picture on Instagram of herself kissing the NBA star while they were both dressed in very sporty clothes.
“Tried a bike date early in the morning… I’m done. “I love going on this adventure with you @stephencurry30,” she wrote under the picture, which also had a heart emoji and a face with its tongue out. In the first picture, Ayesha was wearing a black lycra top that was too tight and bike shorts that matched.
She put on a black helmet and braided her dark hair to the side because she knew how important it was to stay safe. She wore an Apple Watch, pink sneakers, and black riding gloves with her outfit. On her back, she wore a Camel Pack to keep her water. Her sporty husband looked great in a blue long-sleeved shirt and black bike shorts. He wore gloves and a hat too. Taken by Steph, the second picture shows Ayesha pouting at her husband as if she wants to hug him.
One friend wrote, “This is too cute,” and another said that the bike ride had made them feel good. “I’m going to do this with my husband! The Boo lets kids play and burns calories. Ayesha just recently talked about her fitness path. She said she lost 35 pounds and showed off her toned body. She began working out because she wanted to be strong and healthy for herself and the people who count on her, she wrote on July 8.
It was important to me that I did it my way, which meant that working out had to fit into my life, not take it away from it. I don’t like the word “balance” because I don’t think there is a single answer that works for everyone. But I do think that making time to exercise is always time well spent. Along with that, the famous cook wrote that she had been working out since January, doing “heavy HIIT, Hella cardio, and floor work.” What she does when she’s not at the gym is spend time with her three kids, Riley, 7, Ryan, 4, and Canon, 2. Canon, their youngest child, just turned 2 years old on July 3.
