The Lakers needed to make a push in the first few minutes of the fourth quarter if they wanted to have a chance to come back. There were 12 minutes left and they were down by 10 points.
In the first quarter, Davis was on the bench getting his usual rest, so that didn’t happen. Instead, Milwaukee scored the first four points.
