The town of Antherton in California is known as the richest area in America, home to the world’s leading technology billionaires. The price of villas here is an average of 8.1 million USD for a villa. But a super villa worth $31 million found its owner in June 2019.
The owner of that dream house is not a billion-dollar businessman from China, it is Golden State Warriors defender – Stephen Curry. After selling his house in Walnut Creek at a loss, Curry decided to spend a large amount of money on his new home.
In addition to the direct payment of 31 million, the Golden State Warriors’ No. 1 star will have to pay annual land taxes of up to 330,000 USD. But compared to his salary of 201 million USD, Curry probably doesn’t care much about his pocketbook.
