LeBron James, the All-Star player for the Los Angeles Lakers, was seen cheering on Bronny and his wife Savannah from the courtside as USC defeated Arizona State Sun Devils 81-73.

Bronny only contributed two assists, one rebound, and one steal in his 16 minutes of action for the Trojans.

The freshman has still had difficulty establishing himself on a difficult Trojans team. With a record of just 13-17 and a history of ailments, the team has never settled into a groove and has alternated between starting lineups and lineups.

It’s safe to assume that James’s July cardiac arrest incident has had a significant effect on both his confidence and his performance. It must be unbearably tough to deal with something like that at such a critical juncture in your life, and, amazingly, he returned at all.

  

The Trojans round out the regular season tonight at home against No. 5 Arizona. After a difficult season, they’ll be looking to start the Pac-12 Tournament strong and have a chance to leave their mark in a conference that is incredibly well-matched.
