To sell his huge colonial-style home in Los Angeles, LeBron James is ready to give up his old home.
The 36-year-old NBA star put his Brentwood home on the market on Monday for a huge $20.5 million. He bought the house for the first time in 2015 for $20,986,500.
There are six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in the huge 9,440-square-foot house.
Scroll down to see what King James did in the house he lived in when he first moved to Lakers City.
The house is on a half-acre lot with a view of the Holmby Hills.
You can swim laps in the 20-foot-long pool, which has a spa and a lounge by the water.
The master bathroom is very large and has a deck as well as two walk-in closets.
The house has four masonry stoves and two family rooms with an open floor plan.
There is also a gym, a playroom, a movie room, and a mudroom.
The house also has an elevator, a three-car garage, and a study with wood panels.
There is a big breakfast area off the kitchen that opens to a deck with heaters on one side and a family room on the other.
From the family room, you can get to a great place to eat outside, perfect for dinner parties.
In 2017, someone spray-painted a racist slur on the front gate of the house, which also made news.
Since then, James has moved up to a $36.75 million home in Beverly Hills that is styled in the Mediterranean. Katharine Hepburn used to live in this house.
He also owns a house in Brentwood that he bought for $23 million in 2017.
James agreed to play for the Los Angeles Lakers on a new, two-year deal worth $85 million in December. Before that, he got a $154 million, four-year deal with the team in 2018.
