Front Office Sports has learned that Curry sold the billionaire Forrest Li his previous house for $31.2 million at the end of 2021.

That is $1.2 million more than what he paid in December 2020 for his brand-new 17,761-square-foot home.

The present residence of the four-time NBA Champion is situated on a 1.7-acre site in Atherton.

In addition to a movie theater, bar, wine cellar, swimming pool, and sundeck, it has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

The home’s master bedroom reportedly boasts a marble bathtub, a wet bar, and a fireplace of its own.
