The Golden State Warriors and New York Knicks are playing on Monday night in San Francisco, California at the Chase Center.

Steph Curry, the two-time MVP, created NBA history during the game when he passed Hall of Famer Robert Parish (23,334) for 30th place on the all-time scoring record.

Charles Barkley, a Hall of Famer, will be the next player for Curry to pass after Parish (23,757).

Curry had played 60 games and averaged 27.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 4.9 assists per game. He also shot 40.5% from three-point range and 45.0% from the field.

He turned 36 earlier this month, yet he’s still among the NBA’s top ten players.With a 35-31 record after 66 games, the Warriors are the ninth seed in the Western Conference.

They just defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 128-121 to extend their winning streak to ten games to 6-4.

After missing three games, Curry returned to the starting lineup and finished with 31 points, six rebounds, five assists, and two steals in 34 minutes of action. He shot 12/24 from the field and 3/10 from three points. The Warriors’ next matchup comes against the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday night, following their matchup with the Knicks.
