Inside the 29-room villa in the Cherry Hills Village suburb of NBA star Nikola Jokic for $4.5 million – the villa has 29 rooms, a super swimming pool and a wine bar

With unmatched scoring, rebounding, and passing skills in the NBA, Jokic is the Nuggets’ man in the middle. In 2015, he moved from his home country of Serbia to Denver as an unheralded second-round draft pick. He has led the team into the postseason four times in a row, and he has amassed many All-Star appearances and All-NBA nominations during the previous eight seasons.

As one of the finest players in the game, he inked a five-year, $270 million contract in July 2022 that will keep him in Denver until 2028. After his big deal, we did not find any evidence that he went house hunting (again), but we think we know where he is situated for the time being.

In late 2021, a 29-room mansion in the area of Cherry Hills Village was bought for $4.5 million by an LLC that seems to be associated with Jokic. The property, which is gated and private, was listed for $5.3 million in June 2021.

The property was described as a “Old World estate” with “true palatial elegance” in the listing. Maybe the huge man from the Balkans liked that feeling.

Large living areas, marble floors, and chandeliers abound in this 12,271-square-foot mansion. A 12-seat home theater, a fitness center, and guest apartments are among the upscale features. A kitchen-equipped pool house and resort-style pool are located outside.

The upscale area, which is ten miles south of the city center, is brimming with multimillion-dollar homes.

Cherry Hills Village has about thirty properties out for sale right now, including a recently finished $29 million spec house. Maybe Jokic will not have to search far this summer to improve his already opulent living arrangements.
