Stephen Curry faced Sabrina Ionescu in a charity shootout to decide who was the best Bay Area-bred shot-maker.

Some saw it merely as an exhibition. Others, however, saw it as one of the most enticing occurrences of All-Star Saturday Night. And that is saying something.

It needed to happen. Last season, Ionescu broke Curry’s record in the 3-Point Contest. It was only fair that Curry got the opportunity to answer.

Ionescu went on a display to begin the competition, dumping 26 points and putting the pressure right back on Curry.
