The 36-year-old NBA star listed his home in Brentwood on Monday for an amazing $20.5 million. In 2015, he paid $20,986,500 for the house.

Sixteen rooms and seven bathrooms are in this 9,440-square-foot home.

The house with the gate was built in 2011 and is in the nice Rockingham Rim neighborhood. It’s on the same street where O.J. Simpson lived before he killed Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson.

The house has been kept up to date and now has all the current comforts.

The backyard has an in-ground pool with a beautiful view.

There is a lounge place outside the house.

There’s a spa and a pavilion by the pool that make it look like it’s at a camp. The pool is 20 feet long.

A road with a set of hoops

In October, James moved up to a Mediterranean-style home in Beverly Hills that cost $36.75 million. Cate Blanchett used to live in that house.

The Brentwood house he bought in 2017 for $23 million is still his.

James signed a new deal with the Los Angeles Lakers in December. The deal is worth $85 million over two years. He signed a $154 million, four-year deal with the team in 2018 before this change.
